Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will provide end-to-end project management, both from a tactical perspective, and at a high level defining what will be an integral and fundamental department within this rapidly growing startup. The Project Manager will work with Reply customers and collaborate with internal teams to scope project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and execute to technical implementation, and continued support from on-boarding to full deployment of Bots across platforms.

Our ideal candidate has a strong familiarity with technology and a creative side who loves utilizing technical skills and problem solving chops to bring projects from inception to execution and beyond. We are launching a new product in an emerging market, so the contributions you make in investigating, conceiving, and executing best practices will have a huge impact on the business and our success.

A passion for process and building something from the ground up. You have experience presenting and communicating effectively with strong interpersonal (internal and external) relationship management skills for all levels of an organization (assistant to C-level). You enjoy working cross-functionally, especially with technical, business, and artistic teams, understanding diverse workflows and developing solutions to address customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proficient business and technical experience to enable "translation" across groups
  • Passion for launching projects on-time, on-budget and on-strategy
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Ability to proactively track progress of all project team members and keep people (often, peers, but clients as well) on task
  • Ability to anticipate and head-off potential project delays (shifting business priorities, technical hurdles, project approvals from stakeholders, etc.)
  • Ability (and willingness) to push back on scope-creep
  • Critical thinking. Ability to think through customer’s needs with a focus on conversion and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully deploy the Reply.ai SaaS applications with new customers, from contract signing to full adoption and implementation
  • Fully understand customer processes, workflow, and requirements to implement a robust solution
  • Identify and solve complex process and technology-related problems during the rollout process through methodologies that rely on best practice as much as creative thinking
  • Clearly communicate the status of all projects, issues with implementation, and solutions
  • Manage customer and internal resources to drive toward project milestones and overall project execution
  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders within each customer to ensure buy-in at all levels within the organization
  • Serve as an ambassador of the Reply.ai brand in all customer interactions, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and world class service our users have come to expect
  • Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure customer needs are met through a more powerful Reply.ai application
  • Communicate functionality and technical concepts to non-technical/technical users, alike
  • Work to meet deadlines in a small entrepreneurial team

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience in Project Management capacity; SaaS experience a plus
  • Ability to work on a distributed team
  • Ability to deeply understand and apply technological solutions to business problems
  • Ability to understand, deduce, and effectively communicate user needs to design an effective solution and enhance the Reply product
  • Strong project management and change management skills, with an execution-oriented mindset
  • A friendly and spirited personality that shines through in written and spoken communication, while maintaining an uncompromising level of professionalism
  • Experience using CRM software, and other web-based SaaS applications
  • Ability to network, engage, and influence outcomes with C-level stakeholders
  • An ambitious, and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to grow with a company that’s taking an industry by storm

Sales Manager/Director

Job Description

Reply.ai is looking for a Director of Sales to drive growth in enterprise sales. Reply has already made initial sales to the travel, retail, automotive, and CPG industries with little to no outreach or inside sales activity. As a Director of Sales, you will work directly with our Founders to scale and build a top performing sales program. You will have significant impact on Reply’s growth from an early stage and alongside the rest of the Reply team you will ensure that people are better connected with the organizations they care about.

Ideal qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of sales experience; startup experience and SaaS experience is a plus
  • Successful track record in enterprise sales; experience with technology integration, corporate strategy and/or door-to-door sales is a plus
  • Disciplined approach to prospecting, pipeline development, and sales execution
  • Strong data tracking and analytical skills so that you can set and track key performance metrics at the individual and team levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow lasting relationships, with excellent communication skills by email, phone and in-person
  • Strong web and computer skills, including with Google’s G Suite, Keynote, Microsoft’s Office Suite, and other online productivity and administrative tool
  • Expertise in CRM platforms and sales metric tracking

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of pipeline to determine quality and potential of inbound leads
  • Manage business rules and process used for qualifying and assigning leads to Sales; work with internal stakeholders to keep updated
  • Qualification of inbound lead enquiries and assistance with outbound prospecting efforts, including client research, target list development, management of initial sales enquiries by taking messages, providing basic value proposition information, and giving demos.
  • Updating and maintaining sales information in FreshSales and creating reports and analyses where required
